The Kreative Process will commence work on an order once the Client’s payment has been processed. Once the Client has placed an order, a representative The Kreative Process will contact the Client in order to confirm his/her order and method of payment.

The Kreative Process will provide the initial logo samples to our Client within 4-5 working days (depending on the chosen package). The Kreative Process will post the initial samples to a secure website, accessible only by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her logo samples and also be able to provide his/her feedback concerning the design of the samples.

The Kreative Process will analyze the Client’s feedback and revise the samples. The revised samples will be resented to the Client within 3 working days. The Kreative Process will keep revising until Client is 100% satisfied. Each revising-circle lasts 3 working days. Once the sample has been approved by the Client, The Kreative Process will proceed with the delivery phase. All requested formats are zipped and emailed to the Client. Client shall have 60 days to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for review. If after 60 days the Client has failed to so respond, The Kreative Process will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.

Refunds

If Client is not satisfied with the initial concepts provided by The Kreative Process, Client may request a refund. The Kreative Process will refund the total payment made by Client, less administrative and processing fees. The refund policy will not take effect:

1. If you have approved your logo.

2. If we have begun working on one of your samples and made 1 change for you.

3. If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.

4. If we do not hear back from you for more than 60 days.*

5. If you have obtained the logo design from a 3rd party.* If we do not hear back from you for more than 60 days and you would like to continue the development of your logo design, a charge of $30 will apply for re-opening the account.

Copyright/TrademarksThe Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to The Kreative Process for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend The Kreative Process and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Ownership

Ownership of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image. The Kreative Process retains the right to display the artwork in it's portfolio and advertising materials. With regards to the respective package selected, Clients are allowed to choose only one logo design, one slogan design, one business card design, one envelope design, one letter head design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client, which are not selected by the Client remain the full property of The Kreative Process.
